Hours & Rules:

Monday – Thursday 4:30 p.m.-6:00 p.m. and 6:15 p.m.-8:00 p.m.

Annual membership – $50
Hand-wraps –  $5
Mouth guards – $1

• Children between the ages of 7 and 12 MUST be accompanied by a parent.

• Members are required to bring a mouth guard and hand-wraps which can be purchased at the front desk.

• Gloves, headgear, and belts are provided for use at the gym, though members may bring their own equipment if they wish.

Dress code is enforced

• Members should wear workout clothes and athletic or boxing shoes.

• Neutral colors MUST be worn i.e. black, white, gray-no red or blue is allowed.

• Anyone wearing inappropriate colors, logos, or gear, will be asked to change their clothing or leave.
